We offer hassle-free reimbursement if you have not received your item, if it is damaged or incomplete.
- If you have not received an item within more than 30 days, request a payment from us. You don`t have to pay again if it is delivered after refund, it`s our fault and our responsibility. Please note that in case you didn`t take your package at the post-office and it was shipped back and we had to send it again, you forfeit the right to be refunded due to expiration of 30 days period for delivery time claims.
- If the item is broken, defective or doesn't work properly, we can send you a free replacement or refund payment in full. Please provide evidence (photo, video etc) and let us know what you want us to do

You may ask for a refund/return within 60 days from the purchase date. Refunds are made in the original purchase currency.
